Tax Exempt Purchases

Do you need to make a tax-exempt purchase?

We can easily set up a tax-free account if you represent an exempt organization, such as a business, university, or government agency. Just email a copy of your exemption certificate to support@sliceengineering.com, and we will set up an account for you.

We’ll also need a name and email address to create an account. The name and email should come from whoever within your organization will sign in to make purchases. Once you place an order, you can use a different name for the shipping and billing info.

Refund Policy and Exempt Account Information

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds solely for the tax collected on orders that have already been processed. To avoid this situation, please establish a tax-exempt account prior to placing your order. If you need a refund from an already that has already been placed, we'll need to cancel the order and create a new one without taxes.

Additionally, please be aware that creating a tax-exempt account may result in a delay in placing your order, as our customer service team operates from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. We encourage you to plan your purchases accordingly to ensure a smooth transaction.
