Removal
Step 1: Remove the 4 screws on the extruder fan using a 2 mm hex key.
Be careful with the electrical contacts when removing/attaching the extruder fan housing.
Step 2:
Remove the hotend set screw using a 2.5 mm hex key and pull out the hotend.

Step 4: Remove the 2 heat break set screws using a 2.5 mm hex key.
Step 5: Remove the heat break and hot block assembly from the stock heat sink.
Step 6: Remove the stock temperature sensor from the hot block and set it aside to be used in the next step.
Installation
Step 1: Follow steps 2 through 7 of the
Copperhead Installation Instructions to assemble the CB-Flow Copperhead Hotend.
For step 5, follow the instructions for a cartridge temperature sensor.
Step 2: Install the Copperhead Hotend into the stock heat sink.
Tighten both heat break set screws using a 2.5 mm hex key.
Heat break placement may need to be adjusted to prevent interference between the hot block and the part-cooling fan duct.
Step 3: Plugin the 3 connectors. Ensure there is strain relief and cable management.
Step 4:
Install the hotend into the printer. Tighten the hotend set screw using a 2.5 mm hex key.
Step 5: Replace the extruder fan. Tighten the 4 screws using a 2 mm hex key.
