First reviews for X1С are VERY alarming. Looks like Mako has a serious engineering flaw.
Hello SE team,
Looks like Mako has a serious engineering flaw. The first users have already received their hotends and everyone is reporting that they are constantly clogging on X1C. Bambulab discord and chat are overflowing with posts about it from respected regular community members about constant heat creeps and clogs with Mako on X1C. This is not a one-off messages, it's an epidemic. And there is even a warning to stay away from Mako. Early thoughts that root of the problem seems to be that your team has forgotten about the different thermal expansions of steel and aluminum, and where they meet, there is a jam that leads to constant clogs when filament feeding and retracted
My order placed a few months ago (I'm from the first batch) has not been shipped yet. But I definitely don't want to receive the lemon that Mako seems to be in its current state. The new design you rushed to release was poorly thought out and not tested. Sorry to be straight, but all these first reviews for X1ะก are VERY alarming. I want to know what your team plans to do to fix the situation, how you will fix the Mako design and when the fixed version will be ready.
Looking forward to hear from you. Thanks.
